Register, choose, and order. You can now buy your ideal art from Aureo and beyond online and have them delivered to your doorstep in three steps.

PURCHASE

Our purchasing process is easy and flexible. You can choose between Paypal, Wise, or 2C2P. Partial payment service will be available soon.

DELIVER

Working with various domestic and international partners, we are capable of delivering your art to your doorstep. Free delivery for domestic customers in the Klang valley area.

INSTALL

For domestic customers in the Klang valley area, we can help you to install your art on-site. We will also include a written guide for both domestic and international customers as well.

We offer a seamless art online purchasing experience. By registering an account, selecting your art, and completing your order details, you can shop your art at home and receive it at your doorstep.

You can complete your payment through supported online wallets and platforms. Currently, we support Paypal, Wise (formerly TransferWise), and 2C2P. The option of partial payment/installment will be available soon.

You are free to choose between our delivery partners such as UPS, DHL, and Crown. Domestic customers in the Klang area are entitled to free deliveries.

a. If you are a domestic buyer, we are ready to offer you one-to-one interior installation support. Highly experienced, our team will assist you with the placement, arrangement, and installation of your art to fit with your home and bring out the aesthetics you seek from your art. 

b. If you are an international buyer, a written guide would be prepared for you as a reference. We are more than happy to engage with you through emails, social media, video calls and consultations if you need our assistance. 

Exchange

a. IF shipment has not been made:

You are required to contact us by email enquiry@aureo.co within two (2) days from the date of receipt with the relevant order number(s), and the artwork name you would like to exchange it with for the applicable exchange procedures. 

We will process the request submission and will be in contact within two (2) working days on the approval along with the Art Exchange (this will include any price differences from the two pieces) form to be signed .

If the Artwork value to be exchanged is greater than the new artwork, the remaining amount will only be returned to the customer’s account within 30 Days.

If the Artwork value to be exchanged is less than the new artwork, the remaining amount should be paid by customer to the given account details in the ‘Art Exchange Form’ by bank transfer.

b. IF shipment HAS been made:

Same procedure as above, also please note that delivery arrangement and delivery fees will be borne by the customer.

Return

a. IF the artwork is damaged: 

Please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order in case of damage at enquiry@aureo.co. We will contact you for further actions and you will also be required to fill out a form for the artwork damage report.

b. IF the artwork is undamaged:

Aureo.art has set a seven (7) days period for return & refund if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please email us at enquiry@aureo.co with your return/ refund reason and we will contact you further. Please note that delivery fees for return/refund will be borne by the customer. 

We also require all returned artwork(s) to be shipped out within three (3) days back to us after the confirmation for returning the artwork(s).

FAQ

My Account

No, for the security and interest of both you and our artists, an account with your correct contact information must be registered with Aureo.art to proceed with the purchase.

Commonly, there are several reasons. Your username and/or email address could have been registered by other accounts. Please contact us if you did not register with us before.

Also, your password must be at least 12 characters with a mixture of lowercase, uppercase, and numerical characters. Special symbols (! ” ? $ % ^ & @) are also recommended to strengthen your password.

You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password?” in the Login page. A password reset link will be sent to your email after you submitted your username/email address.

You can also change your password in “My Account” by accessing “Account details” -> Password Change. Please enter your current password and your new password to make the change.

You can add your address by going to the “Addresses” tab in “My Account” and editing the billing and shipping address. Please note that you cannot leave the address details blank but you can update it accordingly.

You can check your order status by going to the “Orders” tab in “My Account”. The status should be indicated timely. Please contact us if you have more questions.

Order & Payment

Aureo.art uses state-of-the-art server security software with SSL encryption which provides the safe and bug-proof transmission of your payment details.

Yes, you can opt to pay either in USD or MYR, depending on your currency selection on the site.

Yes, if the shipping address for all orders is the same and it falls within 4 working days before we process your order to our shipping partners.

Framing & Installation

Yes, this service is only made available for Klang Valley orders only at the moment. We are working on bringing art installation services to you for other locations in the near future. Stay tuned!

Shipping & Insurance

Yes, we ship worldwide with our internationally reputable shipping partners.

Yes, shipping insurance will be automatically included for all orders (applicable for both local and international orders).

It will take around four (4) working days for us to process your order to handover to our shipping partner.

All our artworks will be shipped directly from Malaysia.

  1. For regular artwork(s), shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout based on the shipping address provided;
  2. For exclusive artwork(s), we will contact you via your registered email for the delivery quotation and further details within four (4) working days upon receipt of your order.

*Note: Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of return.

For all orders, import customs, duties, and taxes will be charged by our shipping partner(s) on an individual basis directly upon shipment, and will not be refunded by Aureo.art in case the orders are returned.
